Strength & Flexibility - Spring

In strength and flexibility, students will work on these two fundamental attributes to support the rest of their circus training. This class has a strong focus on progressions for achieving splits, and progressions for improving handstand mechanics and proper technique, combined with typical cardiovascular endurance exercises, and muscular strength exercises targeting specific areas of the body.

Prerequisites: A drive to push yourself and have fun!
