In this all levels, multi-generational class, students will build muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, spatial awareness, flexibility and mental fortitude in a fun supportive environment that provides appropriate challenge to every individual. Students will develop fundamental strength and stamina through a mix of ground conditioning, stretching, and aerial apparatus training to work the entire body. We will target core, upper body, and legs every class!
